Tucked along Costa Rica’s lush Caribbean coast, Puerto Viejo is more than just a beautiful, vibrant beach town - it’s a place of remembrance. Here, in the rhythm of the waves and the symphony of the jungle, the energy is tangible. It’s a place where women come not to escape but to return to themselves.

I have experienced the healing power of this magical piece of paradise myself during a time of deep transformation.

The land holds a quiet magic. Mornings bring the sound of howler monkeys and the scent of salt and earth. Evenings hum with the heartbeat of the jungle.

Nature is medicine and for me, there's no other place where this can be felt more.

Puerto Viejo invites stillness, depth and the gentle unraveling of all that weighs heavy. It is a place that doesn’t rush you, it listens. Here, healing doesn’t feel forced - it happens naturally.

I will never forget the moment when I stood at the beach here for the first time, looking out onto the ocean - my whole system relaxing naturally and feeling 20 pounds lighter.

Our private luxury beachfront villa with pool surrounds you with the soft sounds of waves and nature's whispers to soothe your body and soul. Just steps from the ocean, this sacred space offers the seclusion and spaciousness we need for deep inner work, held in Mother Nature's arms.

Wake up to the call of howler monkeys and let the soothing rhythm of crickets guide you into a deep, restful sleep, breathing in fresh air as the healing energy around you gently supports you.

Whether seeking quiet reflection, rest or a moment to yourself, cozy, inviting nooks are always nearby, ready to hold you in peace, softness and stillness.

Throughout the retreat, we will enjoy three delicious, lovingly prepared vegan meals each day, created by our private chef.

The focus is on light, nourishing dishes that gently support the body as it moves through transformation - helping you feel grounded, clear and energized.

Every meal is a celebration of fresh, local ingredients, infused with love, care and intention to truly nourish from the inside out. Whether it’s vibrant tropical fruits, healing herbs or warm, comforting meals in the evening, the food becomes part of the medicine - supporting our whole system.
